Do I need to install anything?
No. Siraaj Travel Agency works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. You only need the internet.
Can my staff use it in Somali?
Yes. The whole system is in Somali first, and in English. Each person can switch language, and WhatsApp messages can go out in either.
Which payment methods are supported?
EVC Plus, ZAAD, Sahal, cash and bank — you add your own accounts. Each payment records the account and the EVC/ZAAD reference.
Can I bring my existing customers?
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV list. The system checks it first and shows what will be added, what already exists and any row with a problem.
We have more than one branch. Does it work for us?
Yes. Add your branches and place each staff member in one. Everyone works in the same agency, so the reports show all branches together.
How do we pay for Siraaj Travel Agency?
Send the monthly payment to Siraaj ICT by EVC Plus or ZAAD. We record it and your subscription shows the new end date.
